5 star Product 1 star Customer service. I talked over the phone and emailed with the company. Before ordering I called the company and tried to understand the sizing guide before I ordered online. There are no local distributors for me so online was my only option. Boots came way to small. I was Mislead about the return/exchange policy and it’s going to cost me the same in shipping to exchange then to just buy what I need in correct sizing (still no guarantee it will fit 100%). I contacted customer service and got a auto made response and nothing since despite my efforts to reach out. Boots themselves are great and made well. Look liked they would have lasted a long time.
