Quality Product, Communication Could Have Been Better

Pleased with the quality of the finished product, and had pleasant interactions with staff. My only concern is with the eight days that lapsed after I approved the design for printing—I had to reach out for an update, and received only a vague "we ran into delays" type of reply. Something that was time-sensitive and was ordered well in advance ended up arriving only one day ahead of time, unfortunately not enough time to get it framed. Delays happen, but please communicate with your customers more proactively!
