New order was not up to par with previous orders of same product

I loved the Perio Extreme Toothbrush and have been using them for some time now, but my latest order was sadly disappointing and I am still trying to figure out why. I wish I had not thrown out my old toothbrush (which was the last of my previous order) so that I could have compared the two, but the only thing I can think of is that the length of the bristles on the new toothbrushes might be longer than the older version, making it uncomfortable when brushing. I never experienced that before with my previous orders of the same product, which I first purchased at Walgreens, then Amazon and then directly from the Perio store. I used a toothbrush from my most recent purchase once, but had to switch to a different brand. I bought a 12-pack of the Perio Extreme and have debated whether to try another one or just give the remaining 11 new & unused ones away.

Never received. Contact company numerous times. No reply
