Ethiopia - Natural Guji

Absolutely Outstanding – Bright, Sweet, and Full of Character

I’ve brewed this Ethiopia Natural Guji three times now, and each cup has been absolutely exceptional. The aroma is rich and inviting with notes of berries and florals, and the flavor is clean, sweet, and beautifully complex. It has a smooth body with just the right amount of brightness that lingers pleasantly. This is easily one of my favorite coffees—well-balanced, aromatic, and truly satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommended!

Our go-to coffee!!

We searched coffee for months when we got out espresso machine. It was she luck that this coffee came up. We asked for a trial of so many and got an extra bag stuffed in our purchase. This is a delight. The light today isn't over powering and it goes well with anything we pair it with be that breakfast of a late afternoon dessert. We love the Lassen as a coffee, but this is the taste we return to. Thank you for making amazing coffee!!
