Item was advertised as canvas and cotton. I am allergic to latex so I bought it. Received it and it made of latex. The company’s response to my request to return it was quite rude. They would only exchange the item and after many emails back and forth agreed to refund but charged me shipping. I would not deal with this company again based on their rude responses to my feedback that the item was not advertised correctly.
