Very nice Kaseri

I wouldn't mind a little more salt, but otherwise it tastes very nice. I'd give it 4.5 stars, if I could It has the right consistency (not rubbery, but not crumbly either) and doesn't feel oily, like other brands

My husband has been searching for this type of cheese. When I purchased it from your store, he was like a kid in a candy store.

Wonderful Kaseri

Soft (easy to cut), awesome flavor with a pleasant acidity. Mostly, we eat it on its own... if we're feeling extravagant, we toast it on a slab of artisan bread (love it with ciabatta roll)... melts quickly. What a treat!!!
