Make your own Saganaki

I was worried about buying 11 1/2 lbs of Kefalotiri Cheese. They came vacuum packed, so I only needed to open one at a time. I sliced the block into 1" blocks and used the large hand grater to use them one at a time. I bought this Kefalotiri cheese for making Saganaki at home. I found that I was using the grated cheese on everything, sandwiches, nacho chips, salads....I just placed another order!! Fantastic! My Cheaters Saganaki Recipe... A handful of Kefalotiri Cheese on a small salad plate, add a couple tbl spoons of olive oil and lemon juice, with a bit of oregano. Microwave for about a minute or two. top with a warm flat bread while the cheese is still bubbling! Cool a minute and enjoy!
