Your cheese is delicious!! I've been making the flaming cheese appetizer with it. I also enjoyed the taste of the Eliki olive oil and of course, your deli baklava is awesomely delicious!

My friends an I loved it.

I wet it in water,dredge it in flour, and fry it in Olive oil. It is fantastic. Perhaps a little salty, but quite yummy!
