Excellent product and technical product support

Purchased as a factory add-on to our new trailer as a safety net in the event of a critical situation. There were a few times during our trips that I found myself in a critical situation that if it wasn’t for the controller it could have been disastrous. I know that the product was working immediately as I started to notice a situation. I believe in the product and will support the use of one in addition to any other system installed on the tow vehicle and hitch setup. A short time after the product warranty expired I encountered an error. After contacting product support I was able to speak with engineering directly where they walked me through diagnostics on multiple occasions to determine cause of error. In determining that the product was not a potential fault, they immediately shipped a replacement to correct the situation reducing any doubt of product failure and support the continued use of the trailer. Excellent support and product functionality. I would recommend the use of this sway control product.

WOW! Fantastic product.

We decided to upgrade our camping trailer with a Tuson Sway Control system to help mitigate trailer sway in preparation for a Country wide trip. So far, we've travelled 5,000 KM in every possible conditions; hilly roads, windy flats, mountain ranges all across Canada. The product works just perfectly and keeps the trailer where it should be. Installation was a breeze and performed under 2 hours. Great product - great customer service team - highly recommend!

Not to hard to install

I purchased my TSC 1000 for my GeoPro 15TB. It was probably overkill, but I'm hoping it gives me a little more piece of mind during travel. The installation instructions are all very clear and the customer service was VERY helpful and easy to communicate with. I'm 73 y.o. and getting under the trailer to run the wires wasn't easy, but I was able to do it as long as I took my time. I'd guess it took me about 4 to 5 hours of actual working time to complete the installation. I've only test driven with it so far but it seems to be doing the trick.
