our new favorite cut!
great tenderness and marbling, almost like it’s between a ribeye and filet. didn’t have to trim away any fat or bone so we could eat all of it! great value.

Denver two pack
These steaks were great. I marinated them at room temperature for 30 minutes in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. While that was marinating I popped in the oven cut white potatoes rubbed with olive oil, salt pepper, paprika and garlic powder at 375. I cooked the steaks in the broiler until they were browned, crispy at the edges and juicy red/pink on the inside. What a great meal with a side of creamed spinach. Steaks were awesome.
