It’s a little small the Velcro can be a little longer I have fat legs

I expected compression with air and was initially disappointed when I learned that is not. However, the use of Velcro works well, and it allows the product to be less bulky. Fits well, but the ice pack only covers the front of my knee. I really need cooling coverage of the medial knee joint, but the device feels good and seems to help. I’ll keep it!

This product due everything that the $350/2 week rental is supposed to do. I am having great results. I can adjust the compression manually with or without the ice. It's really great. I recommend it without reservation.
