Was hoping your sweet sausage would end all but it so happened to be on the bottom of my list as far as taste. Italian sweet has a unique sweet taste that no other has..yours is missing that., instead there is a spice in it that completely turns the palate. The structure of meat and fat is perfect but its taste is lacking from all the sweet sausage I've been eating for 60 years...sorry for.the bad review, someone need to go back the the drawing board
