Great Kielbasa....

Well, Kabassie as it known in South Africa... Great taste, cooks up perfectly juicy in it's casing. So we pierce it in several locations in the last minute to vent the casing. Not sure how others cook it, but we brought our indoor smokeless braai grill with us. And go between Kabassies and Meat Crafter's Boerewors, OUR taste of SOUTH AFRICA... Meat Crafters vleis is heerlik, baie geprys.... Dankie! Trubble

The sausages are very tasty and robust I like that they are all natural without corn syrup.
