I thought this was so cute when I first saw it. But since receiving the ring I have been wearing it nonstop. I’ve been struggling with mental health for a long time and every time I look at what it says I remember that, I am enough… I take up space, I effect people, I’m not invisible or forgotten. That even if I feel “not worthy” of love or a life I’m just lying to myself… I am enough to matter.
