Awesome help from support!
We had a monkey come in with some damage to its head, and when we went to support to get a new one, they offered to send us a new one immediately. unfortunately, we had porch pirates that stole the package and the support team understood the inconvenience and issued a new one to be sent to us. Now that we have it, we love it so much and can't wait to get more in the future!

My kiddos love their warmies! One warmie was fanged upon deliver and I have to say the customer service team was quick and attentive to my inquiry. With 24 hours I received confirmation a replacement order was placed and on its way. Warmies help settle my kids down for bed and keep them comfortable during those cooler nights.

Love our Warmies!
This was our first time buying from warmies, but it won't be our last!! Adorable stuffies that also help in aid when they have a boo boo, or need a more weighted comfort item to help ease their worries. Also customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend this company to others, and recommend their products as wonderful gifts!!
