Cookie Butter Chocolate Bar

I enjoy the AS EVER shortbread collab, and since another chocolate drop has not happened (Meghan, nobody cares about a box of matches! Stop clowning and put out another chocolate bar drop!!! Also, I am not paying 58 dollars for 10 truffles. Lets be serious people!!!!), I landed on these hoping they would satisfy the craving. They are GOOD! I ofc would love it more if was the As Ever bar but this will do. The milk chocolate is rich but not overly sweet. The butter cookies has a melt in your mouth texture that makes it a pleasant contrast to the chocolate.

Absolutely delicious chocolate bar. Great balance of cookie with chocolate. Definitely tastes like a Biscoff cookie mixed in. Thanks.

This one was okay for flavor consistency, but again too sweet. You would think the batter flavor would be throughout each bite (the way Vouge or Ethel M make sure every bite of a 'flavor' is embedded in the chocolate, but it was just inconsistent and overly sugary.
