Lemon Shortbread Chocolate Bar

This was a new experience in a "chocolate bar". It tasted just as described and was very good and a nice departure from "regular" chocolate. I would buy it again no doubt!

While I find Compartes white chocolate overly sweet, the lemon shortbread is by far the best. I would love to see more shortbread pieces in the bar and a bit stronger lemon flavor to offset the sweet.

This is my second favorite Compartes bar. The Lemon taste is the real deal is is just wonderful. No artificial lemon flavor here. Lots of pieces of shortbread pieces mixed in for a good crunchy texture.
