BioGaia Protectis - 30 Chewable Tablets

Different kind of probiotic

Since I have gastroparesis I was advised not to take anything in a capsule and this was suggested. It's easy to chew and does not taste horrible. I would give 5 stars except I have only been taking it 1 week and I think I have to take it for at least 1 month before seeing the benefit.

Tastes great but verdict is not in yet.

I am taking this probiotic to relieve some G.I. symptoms. They have not been alleviated yet but I will give it a second month. The chewables are tasty and easy to take.
