Clip malfunctions.. unfortunately dissapointed

We like so many aspects of this harness. Unfortunately the clip is flimsy and our dog, Maisie, a petite cocker spaniel runs in the back yard when we’re not walking her and the plastic clip on the harness keep breaking. So the leash clip drags to the side when we’re not walking her. We had to replace it twice now.. we will not buy this product again because of this malfunction. Mike S

we had a previous pair that we wore out with our active chihuahuas - the newer model had a different clasp that can now be undone with one hand which is very handy 🤙🏼

I had bought a collar about three years ago, fit Jasper very well and served its purpose. A month or so ago I ordered a new collar and I'm a little disappointed that the clasp has changed, from how the previous collar was. I don't feel the new clasp is as strong as what I had before. But I still recommend Baydog collars, as above most collars you find in stores.
