Excellent company
I ordered an embroidered collar for my pup and thought I measured correctly. When it arrived I found out that it was too small due to me measuring wrong. I called customer service and they immediately told me that they would send another one and that I should donate the one that did not fit to my favorite animal shelter. They also sent me a BayDog hat that is so cute. Highly recommend this company. Customer service and quality are excellent! Will be ordering from them in the future!.

Nice sturdy collar with extras
This collar is well made and strong. That it has reflective stitching and can be embroidered with the dog's name and a contact number is a plus. Also has a separate place for attaching tags other than the ring used to attach a leash (although we generally have a harness on our dog when walking her.)

Excellent collar
Perfect for Lily, my 60 lb shepherd mix. I ordered purple with pink stitching. It’s well made, easy to adjust, and it’s quick to take on and off. Thanks!
