I love the collar but it's not right for Gunner. He needs wider than this. It was my error. The collar is beautiful and well made.

Excellent company
I ordered an embroidered collar for my pup and thought I measured correctly. When it arrived I found out that it was too small due to me measuring wrong. I called customer service and they immediately told me that they would send another one and that I should donate the one that did not fit to my favorite animal shelter. They also sent me a BayDog hat that is so cute. Highly recommend this company. Customer service and quality are excellent! Will be ordering from them in the future!.
