Oddly satisfying

I used these as a spaghetti noodle replacement. They are a little odd but satisfying. I would buy these again to use in other dishes.

Real food substitute

As somebody who loves to prepare and to eat great food, but wants to lose weight to eliminate diabetic medicine and its negative side affects, I regret that this stuff is virtually tasteless. The challenge is to make it taste like real food that tastes good\, and it is possible to do so.

Pretty Good

If you like authentic rice noodles or that type of pasta, you will enjoy these! We used them in a stir fry and I'm impressed. The noodles have a slight snap texture dry, but they take on flavor and liquid well to soften up. I will be buying these again!
