The tastes in the 4 type variety pack is a good mix that still has little chance of including something most people wouldn't like. Allows you to try different tastes and combinations every day. Cheaper than bariatricpal brand in my opinion better value for the money in terms of taste and texture. Shipping was really quick, I really didn't get to think about it because it was so effortless. I got the package in really good condition such that I'm not worried about getting crushed or open bags of cereals.

these are great! on a low carb diet, you think you will have e to give up cereal. not with these! toss in some unsweetened vanilla almond milk and you’re a kid again!

Have only tried one flavor so far but really like being able to have a small bowl of cereal again!
