I have gastroparesis, GERD, and a non-celiac gluten intolerance. As if that weren't enough, I am now struggling with menopausal weight gain. There are several really good gluten free breads out there, but they don't fit into the low carb lifestyle I'm having to adopt to fight the unwanted pounds. Enter Carbonaut bread. Wow! I thought gluten free and low carb would mean no taste, but I was wrong. This bread is delicious. The texture is very much like regular white bread only a little more crumbley. Makes a great sandwich, toasted or not. Great for cinnamon toast and avocado toast as well. I wish I could find it locally, but until I can, I will be ordering from Bariatric Pal. My bread arrived well-packaged and in great shape.
