Amazing Customer Service

I bought 6 headlamps through amazon and Amazon only gave me 1 headlamp. Through the amazing customer service team they were able to send me the remaining 5 lights that were missing.

Mine broke at the elastic band clamp, which is plastic, and wasn’t covered by the warranty, but the company agreed to replace it, only had to pay the $4 shipping cost. Awesome bright headlamp for working, if you need your hands free. Also great for walking the dogs at night, which is what I mainly use it for.
