SimpliFire Allusion Slim 50'' Wall Mount / Recessed Electric Fireplace

Very happy with this fireplace. Two minor modifications were used here. First, a log that has more of a glowing property was placed in the center. Found a set of 5 small "transparent" logs on Amazon, but only one of them was actually thin enough to fit in this fireplace so that's all I used in addition to the provided logs. Second, I stained the Crestline Surround to be darker because white didn't fit our room. After a light sanding, I applied Fusion Stain & Finishing Oil and then wiped it for a wood grain look.

Fireplace itself is beautiful & works great! Instructuctions for faceplate cover magnet sidepieces was not in directions so anyone can understand. They go on after fireplace is installed in wall! Otherwise, it works great & looks great! Jim
