Our Solar Cell 0.5W is made of a single-crystal material that performs high solar energy transformation efficiency. It has a fine resin surface which makes it waterproof and suitable for outdoor environments.

Too large
We had wanted to convert light from a laser into electricity. Because the surface of the photo cell is so large conversion wasn’t sufficient for our needs. The cell was of excellent quality- just not what we needed.
