Maybe I got a bad batch

When I first cupped this, I got mostly peanut and it generally tasted of earth but not in a good way. I gave it some more time to rest, hoping it would develop, but it always came out the same, tried it in a few pour over styles, as espresso, nothing was working. I made it for others and got similar feedback. I’ve had good coffee from Bean & Bean , so i think i just got a bad roast, cause this can’t be it.

I am so glad I took a chance and spent the money for this one. This is hands down the BEST coffee I've ever tasted! It's smooth from start to finish, which is what I want in the coffees I purchase, and there's a detectable light sweetness to it which makes my sweet tooth happy. Definitely put this one on your list to try if you're a fan of lighter bodied, smooth coffee.
