Tri Tip to Die For
We make this frequently following Chris's tried and true method for barbequing. Our family loves it and the guests cannot believe it is Bison. Perfect with mashed potatoes. We have even prepared it for several guest from other countries and all loved it.

I usually smoke your meat. This time I marinated the tri tip overnight and grilled it over charcoal. I wish they were a little bigger, more than the 20 oz. you sent me because my son-in-law, son and wife and daughter ate most of it.
Very good grilled to medium over charcoal after marinating overnight. Wish they were a little bigger. The one you sent me was only 20 oz. I believe.
