I was optimistically skeptical, if that's a thing. But, I thought, "You know, this is no more expensive than one doctor visit and I can always return it if it doesn't help." My hip and my husband's knee and shoulder have almost zero pain now. Definitely keeping it!

Haven’t really noticed anything since using it. The instructions in the books don’t say anything about what side of the sheet to lay on in this picture, it shows the black side and other pictures. It shows the white side for instructions.
