First of all, i love the product. sleep has been beyond amazing. the pad is not very comfortable in any way. so i got nice cotton sheets. now the not so good. i did not get the product tester, and i got two books i will never read. would i recommend this to other people. yes, in fact, i bought a pad for my daughter. at this time of writing, i hope she has received it by now.

Everything needed was in the box. It fit my adjustable queen perfectly and functions as it should. After one week of sleeping on it, I can tell a difference as compared to our cali king conventional mattress. I don’t have back pain, so I think it is working.
