Nice. Balanced flavors. Recommended. While softer than other young shengs because it was aged for five years before pressing, I still recommend lower brewing temperatures for best results: about 85c is my "sweet spot." Maybe a few more degrees for the initial rinse. Excellent service! Delivery in a week to Thailand!
