I like the these tampons because their % percent organic and i have less cramps with these vs other brands. The only thing is i wish they had a ultra flow type tampon because i like to use tampons during the daytime when im moving around and with these i find i have to change more frequently to make sure it does not leak through too soon. My flow is usally heavy on the 2-3 day, But other than they are fantastic.
