Talk about a wake-me-up.. A delicious blend of Darjeeling & Yunnan Impérial teas with an absolutely breathtaking aroma of chocolate .. not 55% but the smell of a robust 80% chocolate. Behind the tannins of the full leaves one is greeted with the faintest of bitter.. like cocoa-nibs but barely present.. Truly a delightful way to end breakfast.
