Icelandic Lava Flake Sea Salt

Beautiful finishing accent on any dish.

Fantastic Product!

This salt is wonderful and surprisingly versatile. I haven’t found it to overpower or add unwanted flavor. The color can change the overall presentation of lighter dishes, so beware of that. The glass jar is thick and heavy and has a quality feel in the hand. A pinch in my hydration flask is also a great way to add some electrolytes and minerals to my daily routine. Overall, the Icelandic Lava Salt is a fantastic product!

Icelandic lava salt

I used it to make Kahlua pork, usually made with Hawaiian red salt. The crust was dark but the pork was delicious.
