These insoles were recommended to my podiatrist. I have OA of both knees, I have only been using them for a week but find they making walking less painful providing some shock absorption especially in shoes with thinner soles. I am not sure why but it seems to improve the longer I am wearing the shoes and further I walk.

2nd pair of these purchased and having tried various different ones for years prior I can honestly say that these are the best insoles for me having plantar fasciiti. Highly recommend
