i’ve tried other insoles these really made a difference. I’m doing the Santiago way in september i think i might make it now with these insoles to help x

Not to sure about the insoles they have made a little difference but still not sure, possibly need a larger arch support for me everyone's foot shape is slightly different so my be beneficial to others

These insoles were recommended to my podiatrist. I have OA of both knees, I have only been using them for a week but find they making walking less painful providing some shock absorption especially in shoes with thinner soles. I am not sure why but it seems to improve the longer I am wearing the shoes and further I walk.
