I bought these insoles as I had been struggling with hip and lower back pain after playing 6 a side on astro turf. I was a bit skeptical but they have made a huge difference in my recovery after playing. I was considering stopping playing before buying these & now that's not the case. I would highly recommend these insoles!

I’ve been suffering badly from Achilles tendinitis. I bought the insoles and the slides more out of desperation than any hope of them actually making a difference. I can honestly say they are brilliant. No more pain, my runs now feel like I’ve got some energy - amazing. Definitely recommend.

Bought after friends bought and reading reviews thought i would try and after wearing them in have started running in them and really like all seam good up to now
