Seem to be working as I suffer from aching feet and the sliders are helping. Not sure about the size as I think you have to grow into them. Would have preferred more colours to choose from.

Best purchase ever. Absolutely love these already, and I've only had them 3 days. So comfortable and supportive, and great neutral colour (bone). I opted to size down from my trainers and they fit perfectly. Highly recommended!

I really like the sliders, I debated on what size to buy, and now think that I should have bought size five rather than size six, having said that I still find them comfortable to wear now that I am back running after an injury.
