To be honest, I haven't even tried drinking this hot yet. I was waiting for less-sweltering weather but got impatient so I cold-brewed overnight. INCREDIBLE. Strong burst of cherry flavor against the chocolate and earthiness of the puerh. As if you'd turned a cherry bonbon into a summer drink without it becoming cloying or too rich. There are many, many more cups of this in my future....
