Introduction To Youth Wrestling by Zack Esposito

Definitely met my expectations

As a jiu jitsu practitioner who never wrestled, I was looking for an instructional that would give me a foundation for working with my sons who just started wrestling. Zack did an excellent job in his articulation and demonstration of the techniques. It was everything I was hoping to find in regards to introductory level instruction. I will definitely look for other future offerings from Zack Esposito and would love to see a part two of Similar content.

Great video for all levels. Coach Zack thoroughly reached the basics. This is a great supplement to help your youth wrestler learn and retain outside of the normal practice session. It is definitely worth the investment!

Awesome video

I had a friend talk me into joining the wrestling team as a senior in high school. I fell in love with the sport but regretted that I did not pick it up earlier. I want my sons to learn to wrestle early on and I wish I had a better background to train them. These videos give me a wonderful foundation that I believe will help me prepare them.
