They look terrific but I am struggling with the water reservoir idea...drilling a hole in the bottom/ plugging/ caring for the reservoir to prevent algae and stagnant water. Also dully understand how the system works. Sent you a question through your website but didn't get an answer. Can I phone and talk with someone?
