I use it on my greek yogart...soooo good! Vanilla ice cream...steak marinades...yummy!

This stuff is my FAVORITE

The espresso taste is pretty subtle so don't let that keep you away. What is not subtle is the sweetness of this 18 year old balsamic. We often use it with a Spanish EVOO and salt as a most tasty salad dressing.
