Fajita Steak Quesadillas with Queso

Very Good. The Quality of the melted cheeses was Superb! Some of the Best Cheddar Cheese I've ever tasted & I'd LOVE to know the Brands of your Cheddar Cheese & the other cheeses used in these quesadillas? The meat was juicy & tender & a very unique choice of beef for Texas Fajitas, as I've only had marinated skirt steak & brisket in Fajitas before these. The picante sauces had a good flavor, not too hot, as I find in restaurants. & the queso was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed these quesadillas in 3 different meals & I will order them again, sometime. Thank you to your very gifted Chefs & those who help with preparing & cooking these wonderful meals. & a HUGE THANK YOU also to Kate @ FPP, who helped me a lot this week with placing my online order, as I was having some trouble with my "not so smart Samsung phone" order. Second time I ordered this meal. Just as good as the first time. Excellent meal. I cut one of the three soft tacos in half and have two meals of 1.5 soft tacos. Will order this meal every time.

Excellent fajita steak quesadilla. Serving size is perfect for two people. Queso is yummy! Will definitely order again.
