This is exactly what I was looking for to update the Sync 2 system in my 2015 Lincoln Navigator. Very good quality.

Everything exactly as promised

Upgraded my 2015 Navigator’s SYNC 2 to a SYNC 3 system. OEMupgrades (aka IntelligentOne) shipped my unit from China within a week and I received it in three days after it shipped. All of the parts including tools were included in the box but no instructions were there. I messaged OEM through the app on their page and they send me a pdf of the basics. I highly recommend Googling for install instructions as that also helped greatly. The install went smoothly (<1 hour), I turned the vehicle on and everything worked perfectly as the unit was preprogrammed by OEM. So, if you have just a little experience in radio installs and some internet savvy, you’ll have an excellent experience using OEM. If not, use a professional installer but don’t let them charge you more than an hour or two of labor.
