Best lotion for super dry skin!

My daughter is on the swim team and inherited my super dry skin so the chlorine takes a toll. She is also very scent-sensitive and gets rashes easily. This lotion is the only lotion we have ever tried that keeps her skin healthy and intact with no adverse reaction at all! It has literally allowed her to keep swimming!
