Second time ordering. Ordered a large quantity. Shipping was reasonable speed. However, 3 of the 4 bags of Basmati Brown Rice were split and the seam and spilled all over inside the box! Packing or Shipping issue?

Delicious rice all over the place
Second order; larger quantity. I replied to delivery email, but no response. Not sure if it's packaging or shipping, but 3 of 4 bags were split at the seam and spilled in the box.
