Very effective thyroid support
I started taking this supplement as a support to other thyroid supportive nutrients I've been taking (iodine, selenium), and I've experienced greater ability to maintain weight without micromanaging my food intake and regardless if life gets super hectic and I miss the gym for a few days. Definitely a great support in conjunction with other thyroid health foundations.
