Leaking product

This is a great product! No complaints about how much it helps my hair during coloring. Unfortunately, the No 1 product had a loose lid and about 1/3 of the bottle was lost through leaking. I contacted cosmetic world and am hopeful that they will assist me in a replacement, but frustrating for such an expensive product.
