I am absolutely livid. I ordered 12 items of Schwarzkopf Igora Royal, expecting a professional-grade product, and instead, I received a box of garbage. SIX out of the twelve tubes are expired. That is a 50% failure rate. How does a company even allow this to leave the warehouse? It is completely unacceptable to ship out chemical hair products that are past their shelf life. This isn't just a minor "oops", using expired professional color is a massive risk. It can lead to unpredictable results, uneven lifting, or worse, scalp irritation and hair damage.

Have not received order yet!!

This is my first time ordering from this company and I have not received my order yet. I placed my order Jan 13th and it is now Feb 6th. I have contacted customer service several times and have still not received any update.
