Solid blue
Another nice blue from Sailor's Ink Studio line. I currently have this ink in a fine-nib Platinum Prefounte (which tends to be a dry writer) and I have no flow problems at all with it. If you're looking for exotic properties like multi-shading or extreme sheen, you won't find those here - it gives a pretty solid, opaque line with only minimal shading. The color itself is my kind of blue - a bright, true blue that to my eye doesn't lean toward green or purple. This stuff actually performs shockingly well on cheap copy paper and even an old newspaper. (Sure, I used a dry Japanese fine nib, but that hasn't stopped other inks from performing poorly on similar paper in the past.)
Bottom line: it's not an exciting ink, but it does what it needs to do very well. If I were an oil baron with enough spare cash to assemble some Ink Studio blues in full bottles, this one would be on the list.
