CARBON KILLER CLEANING OIL

Love the oil. The 8oz bottle of carbon killer solvent is a problem. I originally ordered 2 bottles of solvent, one for myself and one for my brother. One arrive great The other had a loose lid and there was very little liquid left. You guys were great. You sent out a replacement with the gift of oil etc. I feel bad aout this, but here is what happened with the replacement bottle of solvent. When it arrived, the sprayer was not even inside the bottle. It was lying beside it in the packaging. Of course, the bottle was empty. There was no stain on the packaging showing leaked solvent. The appearance was that an empty bottle with the sprayer was shipped. I though you would like to know about that. I'd still like to get some carbon killer solvent to try. My brother loves his. Do I just need to reorder and chance it again? Thanks.

Used both the carbon killer and oil. Pretty amazed with the results. Will re-up after I’m out
